FOXPOST PICK-UP MACHINE

Shipping fee: 1490 HUF
Free shipping for orders over 10,000 HUF with ONLINE card payment

Order your package to any Foxpost parcel locker, so you can choose when and where you'd like to pick up your package!

Orders placed by 10:00 AM typically arrive the next day, but no later than 48 hours.

The service provider will send you a pickup notification and the opening code to your provided phone number via email or SMS.

You have a specified pickup deadline (usually 3-7 business days).
If you're unable to pick up the package within the given time, it will be returned.
If you'd like the delivery to be rescheduled afterward, a redelivery fee of +1490 HUF will apply.

If you pay online by card during the order, there are no additional charges.

GLS HOME DELIVERY

Shipping fee: 1690 Ft

When the package is being prepared, GLS will notify you by email that your package will be delivered the next business day.
The email includes the tracking number and any applicable cash on delivery amount.

If any changes are needed (address, phone number, delivery, etc.), you can make adjustments through the link provided in the email.

If you place the order by 12:00 PM on a regular business day, the expected delivery time for your package will be the following business day.

If the order is placed after 12:00 PM on a business day, delivery will be on the next business day after that. (For example, if you place the order on Tuesday afternoon, you can expect it to arrive on Thursday).

If you pay online by card during the order, there are no additional charges.

MPL POST HOME DELIVERY

Shipping fee: 1990 Ft

When the package is being prepared, MPL will notify you by email that your package will be delivered the next business day.
The email includes the tracking number and any applicable cash on delivery amount.

If you place the order by 12:00 PM on a regular business day, the expected delivery time for your package will be the following business day.

If the order is placed after 12:00 PM on a business day, delivery will be on the next business day after that. (For example, if you place the order on Tuesday afternoon, you can expect it to arrive on Thursday).

CASH ON DELIVERY (payment upon receipt) + 490 HUF

Please note that during holidays, non-working days, and weekends, courier services do not operate, so the above times are specifically for working days.
If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, the package will be handed over to the courier on the next working day, so you will receive it on the following working day.
For example, if you place your order on Saturday, you will receive it on the following Tuesday.

The above standard shipping times may be extended in certain cases, such as:

Around Black Friday, Before Christmas, During Glamour days, Joy days, and other major coupon days, As well as any delays or issues with our logistics partners (Boxy, Foxpost, GLS, MPL, etc.) for any other reason.

PAYMENT METHODS

ONLINE CARD PAYMENT

Through STRIPE, one of the largest and most secure online financial platforms.

When paying via the Stripe system, your card details are kept secure throughout the entire payment process. Our webshop does not have access to this information, and we only receive notification of the transaction outcome.

Accepted cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express

Here’s a quick overview of the Stripe card payment process:
- Add the product you wish to order to your cart on our website
- At checkout, select your shipping method, then choose the online card payment option
- You’ll be redirected to the Stripe online payment page, where you enter your card details
- You initiate the transaction on this secure page; Stripe will verify the details within seconds
- After payment, you’ll be redirected back to the webshop page where you’ll receive confirmation of the transaction outcome
- Once the payment is successful, your order is placed, and you will receive an order ID

Some useful information:
In case of a successful transaction, Stripe will begin charging the corresponding account for the value of the goods
- The transaction is considered unsuccessful if payment cannot be completed on the webshop page
- If you want more information on the reason for an unsuccessful transaction or its details, please contact your bank
- In case of a failed payment, your order will be marked as "Awaiting Payment", and you will be notified via email
- To retry the payment, the order must be cancelled and a new one must be placed (if you used a coupon, it will be lost upon cancellation, so it’s better to contact customer support).

PAYMENT UPON RECEIPT OF GOODS - CASH ON DELIVERY

With Bank Card or Cash

You can also pay upon receipt for orders requested to be delivered to a Foxpost parcel machine. In this case, you can pay for the package with a credit card at the parcel machine. In this case, we charge a fee of 490 HUF when placing the order.

If you choose home delivery, you have the option to pay the invoice amount directly to the courier upon receiving the product. In this case, we charge a 490 HUF cash-on-delivery handling fee.
When paying with the courier, we offer both cash and credit card payment options.
